Another note reads, “Only use a couple drops.” Someone on Leon’s team must’ve known he would be concerned about his ally and that taking care of her was pivotal to his own success. Not to mention, this could come in handy later on. When dropped onto Decima’s open wounds, the damaged tissue quickly heals, leaving behind pearly scars, but no more open cuts. There is still pain and she will have a limp, but at least she can move and wont be doomed to infection.
